Employee satisfaction” means to describe whether or not staff are happy and fulfilling their wishes and needs at work. Many measures purport that employee satisfaction could be a factor in employee motivation, employee goal accomplishment, and positive employee morale within the workplace.

  5. Questionnaire design– questions related to the profession may be asked by the administration to know satisfaction.
  6. Face to face interviewing– is the best way to know that if the employee is satisfied with the different aspects.
