Purpose and background:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Employee satisfaction<\/a>” means to describe whether or not staff are happy and fulfilling their wishes and needs at work. Many measures purport that employee satisfaction could be a factor in employee motivation, employee goal accomplishment, and positive employee morale within the workplace.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To check the satisfaction of employees is as necessary as checking consumers’ satisfaction.  The administrative team find out overall experience of Managing team, HR team, Employees. This reviews help them to find out  the review for each and every employee for salary appraisal, promotion or to check weak performances.

Procedure and Methodologies:<\/strong>

  1. Some of the companies use portal to review the employee overall performance form. It is generally through \u00a0the E-form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. They apply one on one interaction method with the employee to review them and their colleagues as well. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Depth interviewing<\/a><\/strong>– Detailed interviewing of employee which further enables validation of satisfaction as respondent’s own perspective is incorporated into to know their reviews about the company and other employees .<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Observation<\/a>–<\/strong>is used as a basic tool to review employees every month, quarterly, half yearly or annually. Administration team can observe and evaluate each employee on the basis of their performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Questionnaire design<\/a><\/strong>– questions related to the profession may be asked by the administration to know satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Face to face interviewing<\/a><\/strong>– is the best way to know that if the employee is satisfied with the different aspects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
