When a global Automobile company was ready to understand the showroom behavior on selling Car in the Different cities across India, FloorWalk worked as their most trusted partner to execute this project in 150+ cities across India. FloorWalk assembled a shopper force to visit showrooms across 150+ cities. Our team scheduled, executed and managed over 800 mystery shops in 1 month while navigating the nuances of local market conditions and requirements. In particularly challenging markets, we enhanced our data gathering efforts by adding industry-certified Shoppers who used in-depth experience to make sure the job was done right.
FloorWalk developed a custom approach through the use of our in-house software to assign and align the showroom, training the staff and making structures plan and strategy for extracting information for the showroom. FloorWalk also tracked the visits online and reported them timely by analyzing reports and producing actionable insights. The process allowed FloorWalk to bundle information for 800 visits, understand the showroom recommendation for brands, the prices for a different type of car and distinguishing between model brands that sell at different prices across 150+ cities in 1 month.
Within 48 hours of shop completion, each report was translated, proofed and delivered to the client ensuring they had the most up-to-date information and results. At the conclusion of the project, the collated information across dealerships, across different models and pricing strategies was shared. This helped the dealer devise the next plan of action for 6 months for their sales and marketing strategies.
