What does process of mystery shopping involve?

The process of Mystery Shopping involves the following steps:

  1. Registering with us.
  2. Log on to our Shopper Portal
  3. Receive the confirmation email, login in the account and complete the certification
  4. Select a location and assign yourself an assignment.
  5. Do the survey as instructed and fill the form
  6. Upload the files and mark the survey as completed.
  7. Get Paid for the audit.

How much time does it take to complete a Mystery evaluation?

The Mystery evaluation usually takes about 30-45 minutes depending upon the audit. However, you should ensure you have enough time before your visit to read the assignment guidelines carefully and instructions to familiarize yourself with the assignment. You have to observe carefully in order to fill the report.


When and how do I get paid?

This varies according to the type of audit that is assigned to you, typically we pay you within 6-8 weeks after submitting the report. The mode of payment includes online bank transfers or via paytm.


How much will I get paid?

The evaluation fees varies from assignment to assignment; but, it is always informed in advance.

Do I need to pay anything when I get myself registered?

No, you don't have to pay anything to register with FloorWalk.

Is it a Full Time or Part Time job?

It is a freelance or part time work, where you are given a time frame to conduct the audits and submit the report. A mystery shopper is not an employee of FloorWalk. It is up to you to accept or reject an assignment. However once you have been accepted to do the audit, ensure that you perform it the same with dedication and submit it within the given timelines.


What if I am unable to do or miss my assignment?

In such cases when you are unable to complete an assignment by the due date because of unavoidable circumstances, please inform the project coordinator immediately - so that they can either reschedule it or arrange for another evaluator. If you do not inform on time, you infringing your chances of getting future assignments from the companies.


Do I need to have experience in Mystery Evaluation?

Prerequisites to mystery shopping evaluation in not mandatory for an assignment. After screening the information or data provided at the time of registration, we will at times, also provide appropriate training and guidance to you for conducting audits.


Should I keep my evaluation records?

Although we would have all of your evaluation records with us at all time. In case of non-payment of fees, you can refer back to audit numbers conducted - so that we can make the payments.


What are the prerequisites of Mystery Shopping with us?

You will need the following resources to be a Mystery Shopper:

  • Internet access is essential - we use a secure online system that lists assignments and accepts your results. All the reporting will be conducted via Floorwalk.in.
  • An active e-mail account as this will be the main communication tool.
  • A digital camera or a Mobile with inbuilt good quality camera and voice recorder.
  • A bank account or a paytm account to get the shopper fees

How many assignments can I do?

You can apply for as many assignments as possible according to your convenience. However, the audits are assigned on the first come first serve basis matching the shopper profile.
